Ramus records has today released Omar Simon's single Bring Me Joy nationally in Ireland. The single includes the tracks Bring Me Joy, and Slow Dance. The tracks are off the album Our World which was produced, recorded and mixed by OD Hunte.

The OD Hunte directed video and produced track Straight Knockin' featuring Slic 1 has been playlisted on Channel U (Sky channel 360).

The OD Hunte directed video My Favorite Song by Small Morris has been accepted onto MTV international networks.

OD has just returned from Dublin where he was overseeing the rehearsals for Dublin based Omar Simon. Omar's promotion begins for his single which is released September 21st 2007. As previously reported, OD produced, recorded and mixed the entire album entitled 'Our World".

OD has launched Freshers Promotions, a new UK based music promotions company providing promotional service for independent labels and artists to reach masses of new potential fans and music lovers through a compilation CD featuring 20 fresh new acts. 10,000 copies of the CD with flyers and band merchandise will be distributed to universities across the UK. OD has just finished the hot new video for Small Morris. The video for My Favorite Song will be going to air shortly. Look out for it on all good UK channels.

You Tube Link Natalia Druyts's (Sony BMG) album spent 5 weeks at number 1 in Belgium. The album contained I Was Born, co-written by OD.

OD Hunte makes his directorial debut with 'Straight Knockin' featuring vocals by Slic 1. Slic is best known for his track Crook Dancin' again produced by OD which was placed in EA Sports Fight Night Round 3. The single has gone to national radio and is already playlisted on Ireland's Today Fm national radio station.

Fresh from the success of placing "Crook Dancing" by US rapper Slic One in the Hollywood film Farce of the Penguins starring Samuel L Jackson and Whoopi Goldberg among others, OD has just placed "Wake Up Call" again by Slic One into the US film "Ping Pong Pony" both tracks are off the My Mind State album produced by OD. Top Irish DJ Tony D on www.fm104 Fm has place the album Passion Beyond Reason by SKD at number one in his pre-release chart. The fourteen track album was produced, recorded and mixed by OD Hunte.
Aidan Jaye, a recent client of OD, has made it through into the X-Factor bootcamp. Let's wish him luck on his way to the televised rounds.

OD Hunte goes No1 and Platinum in Europe!
- Natalia signed to SonyBMG Belgiim has placed I Was Born, originally produced and co-written by OD on her new album "Everything and More". The album is number 1 and Platinum in Belgium. You can check out the original version in the OD Hunte Media section. OD has been busy with a host of music projects including expanding his music production company to now encompass video production. His music video directorial debut for Slic One's Straight Knockin' (also produced by OD) will be available shortly.
Primrose Hill is the trendy setting for the world famous Mayfair studios where OD is currently in Guy Chambers'  old room for three weeks and then the Neve room for two weeks producing, recording and mixing an album for the Irish based singer - Omar Simon.

Former Stars in their Eyes winner Aidan Jaye has  just completed an EP with OD . A seasoned talent show competitor and winner, Aidan is has gotten through the first round of the new X-Factor. Will he follow in the footsteps of another famous OD Hunte client, Leona Lewis? Either way, listen out for the phenomenal new tracks co-written with and produced by OD.
Dance singer Jon Scott has been given the OD Funky House Remix touch.
Hot new Soul/Funk/Pop band Chichino have also been given the OD Funky House Remix touch.
Nigerian born but UK resident rapper Easy-G has just taken his new production and mix courtesy of OD.
Apart from OD's regular production commissions, OD has also been kept busy with many 'Record and Mix" projects for several up and coming acts. They've recently included:
Bunz, Biondi Music and Lambo.

July is off to a great start for OD as two of his projects are shooting music videos to his tracks. Safronyas Lately and Russells Back Up On Me are being put to picture in Canada and the UK respectively.
Critically acclaimed UK duo Matafix have received the OD Hunte remix treatment. Cool Down - OD Hunte remix featuring Jimmy Screech is out on promo. Check the media section to hear the track.

May and June has seen plenty of new RnB projects underway including tracks by RnB singers Russel Evans,  DMorgan, Safronya and Sheena Evans plus ongoing projects for MTV. Other ongoing rap projects include Sam from Blakstone and Irish-based Nigerian rapper SKD. Check out the media section to hear some of the tracks.

OD has launched a new recording project/ group called Ten Days Till with singer Lifford of Artful Dodger's Please Dont Turn Me On fame. Already, the first single  Get Them Hands Hi has been chosen for one of EA Sports biggest game releases. This project sees OD contributing rap vocals as well as producing and co-writing all the  material.

The emphasis will be on commercial black pop music.

OD is working on several high profile RnB projects, the details of which will be revealed in the coming months. Feb06

February 20 2006 will see the release of EA Sports' Fight Night 2006 Round 3. The OD Hunte production Crook  Dancin' will be featued on the game soundtrack as well as tracks by hip hop heavyweights Dipset, Obie Trice, Akon, Consequence and Dilated Peoples.

OD BRINGS CROOK DANCIN TO EA SPORTS
OD has placed his track Crook Dancin' by his New York rap artist  Slic One in the EA Sports game Fight Night 2006. This is the sequel to the hugely successful Fight Night which featured track by Fabulous. OD Produced, recorded and mixed all the tracks from the album Album 'My Mind State'. OD recently produced the soul singer Irina Lamb which lead to her being chosen to appear in the UK's biggest Urban AnR event, ITC Urban. Radio 1 executives have selected Irina to appear in the exclusive invite-only performance in ITC Urban Manchester. A host of industry will also be in attendance.
